First Coast & Jacksonville Boat Safety Classes
Have a safe summer- take a boating safety class!

The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary is offering a boating safety program in the Jacksonville area. “Boating Safely” is a one-day (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) program for new and experienced boaters. Sessions will be held on July 7 and Sept. 8, 2007.
Successful completion meets Florida’s mandatory boater education requirements and participants will receive a Florida Boating Safety Education card. All programs are held at the Stellar Building, 2900 Hartley Rd., Jacksonville. Attendees should bring their own lunch. Call Bob Strong at 904-721-1346 for information, including program fee and registration. Sponsored by Flotilla 14-8 USCG Auxiliary.
The United States Power Squadron also offers Boat Safety classes. Here is what they have scheduled so far this summer:
