Jax Boating's Free Dockage listings are free for non-business waterfront home owners only, who are owners of a dock or slip that they wish to RENT. The ads are 10 words and only include a phone number, no email.

Links, photos & business ads:

• Non-Business Waterfront Property Owners - EXTRAS
  • To include a link to a website or URL, a PHOTO, and a 35 word description in your free ad the cost is $50 for one year. Just type it into the item description and pay on the next page.
• Broker, Marina or Business - If you are a broker or represent a business (i.e. marina, dockominium, yacht club, developer, real estate broker, rental property, etc.), you may list your dock/slip/dockominium for sale by purchasing a Business Ad for $125 for one year.
  • This includes a Featured Listing - Text ad with description, contact info, email link, website link and photo, appears above basic ads.
  • A Courtesy Listing in our directory under marinas or waterfront property.
  • You can make changes to your listing throughout the year (included in cost).
  • Ad tracking statistics program to monitor how many people see your ad and click on your links.

• This website (Jacksonville-Boating.com) is not responsible for any consequences arising from the publication of your listing. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
• This website is solely a vehicle for information and not responsible for obtaining a renter or buyer. We are not brokers.
• This website is not responsible for any consequence of purchasing or selling an item through this service.
• After 30 days your ad will be deleted from the site, however, you can resubmit it.
• If you have a complaint about an ad placed with us, please let us know.
• We reserve the right to not publish your ad, at our own discretion.
